Dieting Support: Weight Loss Challenges
sign up by: midnight PST monday february 18th
start date: sunday february 24th
end date: sunday april 6th
duration: six weeks.

some other things to think about is your ability to participate in the entire challenge,
not just a portion.
it does take some level of commitment so be sure that you will be able to dedicate yourself.
this may be during some our spring breaks, vacations, midterms, finals, life...
so just make sure you can weigh yourself ever week, participate in challenges, and be an overall participant in the community

in your comment you can also indicate if you would like to be considered for a team leader position. please read this post for team leader duties and obligations.

we will include all members who are within the rules and comment before open membership expires. once that time elapses, all participants will be accepted into the community.
i am really looking forward to this second challenge. the first was a good trial run and hopefully i worked out most of the kinks. beyond that it was very successful with the winner losing 11% of her body weight. amazing.
